Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and manage a team specializing in asset protection

• Coordinate crisis simulations and scenario planning

• Ensure health & safety compliance across the market

• Monitor vendor contracts and performance consistently

• Implement loss prevention strategies to mitigate shrinkage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent

• 3+ years in retail security management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven experience in stakeholder management

• Fluent in English, additional languages preferred
