Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and apprehend shoplifters in alignment with policies.

• Build cases and assist in thorough external investigations.

• Securely prepare and maintain case-related documentation.

• Analyze theft data to identify patterns affecting stores.

• Provide court testimony for documented cases when required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor’s preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of asset protection experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auror.

• Security license for Ontario is a must.
