Key Responsibilities:

• Secure and patrol retail facilities to deter incidents

• Interact with patrons to provide exceptional service

• Operate security equipment and conduct surveillance

• Prepare incident and daily security reports

• Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and crowd management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year security experience in healthcare or retail

• Valid Ontario Security License with CPR/First Aid Certification

• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to commit to lengthy shifts and thorough reporting

• Understanding of relevant legal frameworks in security
