We're looking for a knowledgeable Shift Supervisor at Knights On Guard to lead security efforts for the Town of Whitby. This position combines manual patrols and vehicle operations to maintain safety and assist the public. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive experience for visitors and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular foot and mobile patrols in designated areas

• Ensure only authorized individuals access secured zones

• Handle inquiries professionally from the public and town staff

• Document incidents, activities, and reports accurately

• Guide and support security teams on shift

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

• At least 1 year in security roles

• Experience in supervisory positions advantageous

• Valid Ontario G-class driver's licence

• Strong communication and observation skills
