Paladin Casual Security Guard Position

Paladin Security is looking for a Casual Security Guard for The Eaton Centre in Toronto, ON. Engage in proactive security measures while delivering exceptional customer support during 12-hour shifts.

As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems and conducting regular property patrols. A professional attitude and strong communication skills are essential, as you'll respond to incidents and assist both visitors and employees with various inquiries. Help create a safe atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly patrol the property to ensure safety

• Control access by managing visitor entries

• Monitor alarm systems and respond to incidents

• Assist tenants with inquiries and directions

• Enforce property rules and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Security License valid in Ontario

• First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Excellent communication skills necessary

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Previous experience in security preferred
