Play a vital role in ensuring safety as a Full Time Security Guard at Toronto Eaton Centre with Paladin Security. This position involves 12-hour shifts, focusing on patrol, customer service, and incident response.
Located in downtown Toronto, the Toronto Eaton Centre is a busy retail hub that demands strong communication skills and professionalism. As a Security Guard, you will conduct regular patrols, monitor access points, and respond effectively to incidents. Your presence is crucial in maintaining a secure environment while assisting tenants, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols regularly
• Monitor access points and verify credentials
• Observe site activity via CCTV and alarms
• Respond to emergencies and escalate as needed
• Enforce property rules and support emergency procedures
Requirements:
• Valid Security License for Ontario
• Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Experience in security or education in a related field
• Authorized to work legally in Canada
