Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required

We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Guards to join our team in the Toronto area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service.

• Monitor and patrol assigned properties and premises.
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Conduct security inspections and identify potential risks.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Enforce site policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and law enforcement when required.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (mandatory).
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred).
• Clean criminal background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  .

• Previous security experience is considered an asset.
• Experience in customer service, loss prevention, concierge security, or mobile patrol is an asset.
• Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
