Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol parking facilities within Downtown Toronto

• Investigate incidents and apply de-escalation techniques

• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms

• Provide exemplary customer service to patrons

• Prepare detailed incident reports for management

Requirements:

• Authorized to work within Canada

• Current First Aid and CPR Certification

• At least 1 year of tactical experience

• Capability to stand or patrol for long hours

• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions
