Store Loss Prevention Lead at Sport Chek

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Store General Manager, focusing on minimizing losses and increasing store awareness. You'll engage with customers and staff on the sales floor while ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention standards. Additionally, mentoring associates will be vital to the success of the Loss Prevention program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a Loss Prevention presence during peak hours

• Ensure products are secure and tagged properly

• Log incidents and communicate with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager

• Coach staff on acknowledgment responsibilities

• Foster customer engagement throughout the store

Requirements:

• 6+ months retail experience preferred

• 12+ months as Loss Prevention Officer or Security

• Experience training and mentoring colleagues

• Ability to lift heavy containers (up to 50lbs)

• Valid CPR & First Aid training is required
