In this critical position, you will actively engage in reducing shrinkage through external investigations and strong partnerships. Collaborating with management and law enforcement will be key to addressing asset protection challenges. You will also identify theft patterns and manage documentation securely, contributing to the overall safety strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detect and apprehend shoplifters according to guidelines.

• Manage and support external investigations as needed.

• Prepare and maintain secure case documentation.

• Review reporting data for theft pattern identification.

• Testify in court when cases are documented thoroughly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of relevant asset protection experience.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CCTV technology.

• Security license from Ontario is required.
