Position: Retail Loss Prevention Officer Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Prevent shoplifting through vigilant monitoring and customer service

• Conduct undercover surveillance to identify theft risks

• Interact respectfully with suspects and handle situations effectively

• Escort trespassers from the store premises as required

• Complete incident reports and liaise with law enforcement

Requirements:

• Ontario Security License is mandatory

• 1 year of prior experience in security roles

• Ability to perform arrests and manage theft incidents

• Strong communication abilities, both written and spoken

• Preferred:
Ensure to obtain Use of Force certification
