This role involves theft prevention, customer engagement, and operating advanced surveillance technologies at WINNERS, Home Sense, and Marshalls. Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and respond to alarm signals

• Prevent theft and assist during investigations

• Oversee store CCTV surveillance and floor walking

• Support internal investigations and report incidents accurately

• Collaborate with regional investigators on loss matters

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• Related experience in security, retail, or law enforcement

• Provincial security license required (where applicable)

• Valid driver’s license preferred
