Be part of Kewley Security’s Crowd Management and Response Teams for events across Ontario. Engage directly in maintaining safety at concerts and festivals.

We are looking for security guards with substantial experience for high-density environments. This role requires a strong professional presence and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Candidates should have experience in crowd management and be prepared to handle physical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure crowd lines and manage access points

• Operate effectively within large, crowded areas

• Facilitate emergency crowd movement

• Address disturbances and assist with removals

• Maintain position against crowd pressure

Requirements:

• Valid Smart Serve certification as needed

• Reliable transportation essential for event attendance

• Flexible for evening and weekend shifts

• Ready to fulfill physical requirements of the job

• Experience in concerts and festivals preferred
