Guard Position

Position: Paladin Security Guard Position
Join Paladin's team as a Security Guard at Hudson's Bay Centre in downtown Toronto. Engage with the public while ensuring the safety of visitors and tenants during your weekend shifts.

This role is essential for maintaining a secure environment across mixed-use spaces, focusing on deterrence and incident response. Candidates must display exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to safety and service. You'll be trained to handle various scenarios and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deter theft and unauthorized actions through visible presence

• Carry out routine patrols and monitor site activities

• Respond to medical calls, disturbances, and emergencies

• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and tenants

• Complete incident reports and maintain daily logs meticulously

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Security License in Ontario

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from an approved provider

• Experience in security, customer service, or retail preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
