Concierge Guard to join our team.

• Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the property
• Greet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questions
• Monitor security cameras
• Issue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractors
• Operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phones
• Ensure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
• Create assigned reports
• Program and manage access control systems for the entire complex
• Monitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff members
• Liaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security matters
• Be the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issues
• Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts.

• 1+ years of experience as a Residential Concierge
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers, security software, access control systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple work locations as assigned.
• Professional, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Clean Driving Abstract
• G Drivers License

• Be the first point of contact for all after hours emergencies and inquires
• Visit sites to coach , train and evaluate employees according to company standards
• Respond to major incidents and aid security staff with managing the situation
• Enforce property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets
• Issue parking violations
• Create and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shifts.

The expected compensation for this role is $19.50 - $20.00 per hour.

1. Thurs (5pm to 1am) Fri (5pm to 1am) Sat (1pm to 1am) Sun (1pm to 1am)

2. Fri (1am to 9am) Sat (1am to 1pm) Sun (1am to 1pm) Mon (1am to 9am
