Safeguard gaming operations with Great Canadian Entertainment as a Surveillance Specialist in Ontario. This role centers on investigations, training, and maintaining gaming integrity.
As part of a dedicated team, you will work under the Regional Director of Surveillance to protect casino assets and uphold high standards of gaming integrity. You will lead investigative efforts, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering collaboration with law enforcement.
Your role will be critical in enhancing the effectiveness and consistency of surveillance practices across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex gaming investigations and reviews
• Analyze investigative findings for decision-making
• Develop and review training materials for surveillance teams
• Advise on sensitive surveillance matters
• Build effective relationships with law enforcement agencies
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent in Criminology or Law
• Minimum five years in surveillance or supervisory roles
• Understanding of AGCO rules and Internal Control Manual
• Ability to obtain necessary gaming registration
• Strong skills in investigation and teamwork
