Position: Supervisory Role in Event Security
Lead MLSE’s Event Security team and ensure safety at thrilling events across our venues. As an Event Security Supervisor, you will empower your team to deliver exceptional security services while fostering fan and staff safety.

This supervisory role at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment requires you to oversee all aspects of event security, managing the Event Day Guard team. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be key in creating a positive environment. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is essential to meet event demands, ensuring everyone enjoys a safe experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training and development of security staff

• Implement crowd management strategies

• Maintain positive communication with attendees

• Timely reporting on security incidents

• Collaborate with third-party agencies for event security

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a supervisory security role

• Excellent communication skills

• Mandatory Security License (Bill C-159)

• Current Smart Serve Certification

• Strong tech proficiency in office applications
