Great Canadian Gaming is seeking a Surveillance Shift Manager with a strong background in security operations. In this role, you will supervise team members, assist in implementing strategic plans, and ensure adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for surveillance operations

• Supervise and schedule team members on shifts

• Monitor and report violations and transactions

• Maintain records securely for evidence purposes

• Communicate effectively with departments across operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in criminology or relevant experience

• Minimum 5 years in surveillance/security, 2 years in supervision

• Computer literacy in MS Office

• Responsible Liquor Service Certification where needed

• Ability to obtain a Gaming License
