Security Concierge in Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and clarify residents’ needs and questions

• Screen and manage messages efficiently

• Schedule vendor access for property services

• Enforce safety and access control procedures

• Conduct routine property patrols and respond to emergencies

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong communication skills both in person and on the phone

• Ability to stay calm and respond quickly under pressure
