The role includes access control, observing safety hazards, and conducting patrols. You’ll interact with diverse individuals while ensuring compliance with client policies and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control access for guests and tenants
• Enforce client and company regulations
• Observe and report safety hazards
• Conduct routine foot patrols around the building
• Interact with clients and public safety officials
Requirements:
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Exceptional customer service skills
• One year of relevant work experience
• Obtain Maryland Security Guard card
