Position: Full Time Mobile Guard
Site: Seneca Polytechnic - Newnham Campus
Averaging Agreement

Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hours
Hours: Continental Nights (1900
-0700)

Mobile patrols across all campuses, parking lots, and off-site facilitiesConducting safety audits, unlock/lockup, and support for site-specific needsAssist in coordinating emergency provider escorts to campus locationCampus to campus deliveriesPatrol satellite campus buildings using patrol verification technologyStrong independent work and organization skillsIncident and maintenance reportingDriving and vehicle care responsibilitiesAssist the public in general vehicle maintenance (change tire, boost batteries, etc.)Qualifications
Ontario Security Guard LicenseStandard First Aid and CPR Level C from a WSIB-approved providerStrong communication skills and an upbeat, professional attitudePrevious mobile/security driving experience an assetFlexibility and knowledge of GTA roadwaysG-class license with clean abstractMust have MLEO CertificateProfessional, adaptable attitudeMust not be a current Seneca student at Newnham CampusLegally authorized to work in CanadaMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB certification program prior to their onboarding trainingPlease be aware:
The UoF/MOAB certification is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availabilityWhy choose Paladin?
