As part of our National Surety Claims Department, your role will focus on handling various Surety claims while working alongside other experienced professionals. This position demands strong negotiation, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex claims scenarios. Reporting to the Surety Claims Manager, you will aid in achieving outstanding stakeholder satisfaction and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex Surety bond claims

• Collaborate with Surety Underwriting teams

• Develop file handling strategies with your manager

• Navigate issues related to insolvency and resources

• Document and execute claims resolution strategies

Requirements:

• Preferably hold a legal or engineering degree

• Minimum of 2 years in property claims or construction

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to manage stress and deadlines

• Flexibility to travel when needed
