Lead Market Access and Government Affairs

Celltrion Canada seeks a Manager of Private Payers and Government Affairs to drive market access initiatives and relationship management. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the company’s reputation while securing product listings across diverse channels.

Reporting to the Head of Market Access, your responsibility will involve overseeing the administration of market access activities and executing comprehensive strategies that foster relationships with both private payers and government entities. You'll utilize your expertise in the Canadian healthcare system to navigate reimbursement landscapes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage market access activities related to listings and submissions

• Develop strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders

• Identify access barriers and collaborate on resolutions

• Generate evidence in partnership with medical affairs

• Collect and report data on market trends and payer activity

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in market access or health economics

• 3+ years engaging with both public and private payers

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Willingness to travel extensively
