Position: Senior CRA Seeking Cardiac Specialists
Fortrea is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate with a focus on cardiac studies, including electrophysiology and medical devices. This role is located in Canada and requires considerable travel for site management.

In this position, you will ensure adherence to study protocols while monitoring and managing clinical trial sites. With a minimum of three years' monitoring experience, responsibilities include data verification, compliance checks, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive site monitoring including initiation visits

• Ensure study staff comply with regulatory guidelines

• Maintain data quality through rigorous reviews

• Prepare trip reports and manage audit readiness

• Support the training and development of team members

Requirements:

• University degree in life science preferable

• Minimum of three years’ experience in clinical monitoring

• Expertise in SAE reporting and data management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively
