• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and explain all problems and options to the clients
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
• Respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies
• Follow building plans and blueprints
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used
• Train apprentices and helpers
• Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations
• Adhere to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
• Other tasks as assigned

• A Licensed Plumber with 2–3 years of experience
• Experience with Residential Plumbing work is an asset
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work as part of a team alongside other technicians (e.g., electricians, framers, etc.)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
• Valid G Driving License and clean driving record
• Ability to be available on call during weekends and on holidays as required
