- A family
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and explain all problems and options to the clients
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
- Respond to, diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies
- Follow building plans and blueprints
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used
- Train apprentices and helpers
- Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by all health and safety rules and regulations
- Adhere to all federal, provincial, municipal and city plumbing codes
- Other tasks as assigned
- A Licensed Plumber with 2–3 years of experience
- Experience with Residential Plumbing work is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work as part of a team alongside other technicians (e.g., electricians, framers, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
- Valid G Driving License and clean driving record
- Ability to be available on call during weekends and on holidays as required
