What You’ll Do:
Restoration & Mitigation Services
Perform structural drying, water extraction, and content/structural cleaning
Conduct moisture mapping, mold remediation, and demolition of affected materials
Ensure compliance with IICRC S-500 Standards for water remediation and mitigation
Project Documentation & Equipment Management
Document restoration projects, including photographs and progress tracking
Maintain vehicles, restock supplies, and ensure equipment is in working condition
Organize tools, PPE, and safety gear to ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Customer Service & Team Collaboration
Provide excellent service to homeowners, clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
Work independently or as part of a team to meet project goals
Maintain professionalism and strong client relationships to exceed customer expectations
Health, Safety & Compliance
Conduct hazard assessments and ensure proper PPE use
Follow all BELFOR and industry safety protocols for site cleanliness and compliance
Participate in ongoing safety training and workplace inspections
What You Bring:
High School Diploma/GED required Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy Ability to work in physically demanding environments (standing, lifting, bending, kneeling) Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to safeguard client property
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in construction, restoration, HVAC, or related skilled trades IICRC certification(s) in Water Remediation or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite Experience with restoration best practices, safety procedures, and industry protocols
Training & Development:

Working Conditions:
Standard business hours, with evening, on-call, or overtime work as required
Requires mobility in tight spaces, sustained physical activity (lifting, walking, kneeling), and work at heights over 5 feet
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including fit-tested respirators
Periodic travel may be required
