Job Description

The Industrial Mechanic will repair and maintain plant equipment and facilities by working from specifications such as blueprints, sketches, and verbal descriptions.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

Successfully completed a mechanical apprentice training course and have a journeyman/woman license

Have a Certificate of Qualification and a Certificate of Apprenticeship

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

Pneumatics experience

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications :

Possess good fabrication and troubleshooting skills

Able to work with minimal supervision

Willing to work in any of the three shifts in a unionized environment

Able to multi-task

Previous High Pressure Die Cast experience
