The Mobile Maintenance Mechanic is located in Toronto and reports directly to the Facility Supervisor. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
HVAC maintenance (filter changes, belt replacement, lubrications, etc.).Testing and inspection of plumbing assets (pumps, water tanks, cartridge filter replacements, etc.).Testing and inspecting of fire and life safety equipment (fire alarm panels, generators, AED’s, etc.).Upkeep of utility rooms.
Gutter cleanouts.
Fence repairs.
Brick and mortar repairs (parging, tuck pointing, etc.).General landscaping and site maintenance.
