: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with on-call rotation 1 in 4 weekends (with bonus & pay)

Mobile work across Southern Ontario; majority within the GTA/Golden Horseshoe Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to maintain, repair, and service waste handling equipment for commercial, industrial, and food processing clients. Most days start at our Etobicoke shop and include both in-shop and on-site work across Southern Ontario.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems on compactors, balers, augers, and other waste handling equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Install and remove complete waste compactor systems as required
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory to ensure readiness for each assignment
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment
  • Deliver high-quality repairs to achieve “first-time fix” on service calls
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical manuals
