Your role will be onsite five days a week, making a direct impact on guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex guest issues with thorough investigation processes
• Serve as escalation expert, guiding team solutions
• Maintain relationships with external partners for operational success
• Ensure proper triage and resolution of guest concerns
• Analyze guest care volume for actionable insights
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or related fields
• Proficiency with tools like Qualtrics and Data Dog is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Detail-oriented with ownership of case accuracy
