As a full-time, contract Family Housing Manager, you'll manage key programs like The Steps to Success for children and youth. Collaborate with family housing workers and partner agencies to enhance service delivery and operations at multiple housing sites. Your expertise will guide community development and health stability efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee family housing staff and program operations
• Implement community involvement initiatives and after school programs
• Coordinate with facilities department and partner organizations
• Ensure adherence to harm reduction and trauma-informed practices
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of management experience
• Degree or diploma in Child Youth Care or related field
• 2 years’ experience in child/youth work and community service
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills required
• Understanding of homelessness and community dynamics
Utilize your management and community support experience to foster a stable living environment for families in need.
