Mothercraft seeks a Bilingual Project Coordinator to spearhead community programs for families in Ontario. With at least three years in community projects, you'll engage effectively using your social work and bilingual skills. You'll coordinate activities, oversee training logistics, and ensure the implementation of trauma-informed practices in community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Circles for Protection and Connection project activities
• Coordinate program planning and execution processes
• Promote trauma-informed practices across community programs
• Manage intervention training logistics and communications
• Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• University degree in social work or psychology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community projects
• Bilingual in English and French
• Knowledge of project planning methodologies
• Strong computer and communication skills
