As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in implementing Wawanesa’s sustainability initiatives with 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance or financial services. Your insights will support the development of sustainability standards, and you will engage stakeholders to enhance data analysis on resource consumption and environmental management. Continuous monitoring of industry best practices is essential to align with Wawanesa’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement sustainability programs and initiatives across the organization
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative sustainability data
• Produce sustainability reports for internal and external use
• Stay updated on sustainability trends and regulations
• Provide advocacy and support for sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in sustainability initiatives
• Relevant degree in environmental studies or related areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented and flexible approach
• Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
