This full-time position involves conducting detailed client assessments to determine their employment history, skills, and barriers. Utilize your counselling techniques and knowledge of the labor market to guide clients toward the most suitable service pathways while engaging in outreach activities to boost referrals and service access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual client intake meetings to assess needs

• Develop personalized Employment Action Plans for clients

• Administer financial supports to alleviate employment barriers

• Facilitate community outreach and off-site intake services

• Document assessments and maintain accurate case records
Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in relevant fields preferred

• Minimum of two years in employment services required

• Strong analytical and communication skills needed

• Experience with job coaching and counselling techniques

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
