Reporting to the Bail Program Manager, you'll play an important part in interviewing clients and verifying their information across various settings. Your expertise will help develop tailored management plans, monitor client behavior, and facilitate connections with community resources like rehabilitation programs. You'll ensure proper communication between clients, court officials, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client interviews and intakes at court
• Create individualized case plans and monitor outcomes
• Document all client interactions and progress
• Assist clients in accessing community support services
• Conduct life skills sessions to enhance client understanding
Requirements:
• Diploma in social services or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years working with correctional populations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
Support clients through their challenges as a Temporary Bail Supervisor with The Salvation Army.
