Key Responsibilities:

• Track youth needs including clothing and hygiene

• Facilitate case planning meetings with stakeholders

• Oversee the documentation of youth records

• Engage in community outreach and programming events

Requirements:

• Diploma in fields such as Child and Youth Care

• At least one year of experience working with youth

• Skills in crisis intervention and prevention

• Strong writing and communication competencies

• G driver's license is required
