Be a crucial part of The Career Foundation as an Integrated Employment Services Specialist in Etobicoke! This full-time position emphasizes employer engagement and client placement strategies.
You’ll work across the Greater Toronto Area to build relationships with employers while matching job-ready clients with sustainable positions. Your outreach will engage employers, promote our services, and lead to successful placements.
Your role is vital in ensuring that clients receive the support they need during their job search journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and create employer engagement opportunities
• Conduct outreach through meetings and networking
• Match clients to positions based on their skills
• Organize and host hiring events for employers
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful placements
Requirements:
• Post secondary education in a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years in a similar role
• Strong business development and engagement skills
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence for travel needs
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
