Position: Empower Job Seekers as Career Success Coach
Become a Career Success Coach with The Career Foundation, helping job seekers in Scarborough build successful career paths. This full-time role combines coaching with workshop facilitation to prepare communities for employment challenges.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored coaching and actionable employment plans, addressing barriers while empowering clients toward sustainable job opportunities. Collaborate strategically with various partners to deliver effective employment services and ensure that each client receives comprehensive support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor clients in developing job search strategies

• Facilitate engaging workshops on career readiness

• Maintain accurate documentation and client follow-ups

• Collaborate with team members for coordinated service delivery

• Support clients in identifying job-ready skills and strengths

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or significant experience preferred

• Minimum two years in vocational counseling or related fields

• Required fluency in both English and Bengali

• Strong track record of building rapport with clients

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
