In this vital position, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored employment services and overcoming barriers that youth face in their pursuit of careers. This includes conducting outreach, facilitating workshops, and providing personalized support within diverse sectors such as skilled trades and STEM.

Your role is integral to creating equitable and achievable career pathways for all youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide diverse youth through individualized career development

• Conduct outreach to recruit participants for employment services

• Facilitate engaging workshops and skills-building experiences

• Counsel youth on career prospects in skilled sectors

• Collaborate with employers to offer job opportunities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• 3 years’ experience in employment program delivery

• Familiarity with barriers faced by diverse groups

• Proficient in MS Office and facilitation skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
