In this dynamic role, you will assist tenants in developing independent living skills while fostering their well-being and self-sufficiency. Your focus will be on housing maintenance, personal recovery, and wellness for diverse populations. Experience in social services or mental health is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist tenants in finding suitable housing
• Coordinate intake processes and eligibility screening
• Develop support/goal plans with tenants
• Support daily living activities including medication and hygiene
• Facilitate group activities to promote engagement
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Crisis management and dispute resolution abilities
• Knowledge of community resources and support networks
