As part of the Youth Justice Program, you’ll work 21 hours weekly, creating inclusive environments that respect diversity. Your expertise will help assess clients’ mental health needs while modeling the agency’s values. This position is vital for youth aged 12 to 24 and ends on June 30, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients with strengths-based relationship approaches
• Foster inclusive environments that promote equity
• Perform administrative duties and ensure client records are kept
• Prepare meals and maintain property upkeep
• Actively participate in training and team meetings
Requirements:
• University/College degree in youth work or social work
• Relevant experience in youth settings preferred
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and aggression management required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license is an asset
