TNG is seeking four dedicated Youth Justice Workers to join their agile team. In this position, you will supervise daily operations of Youth Criminal Justice programs and actively engage with youths to promote violence prevention and self-determined care. Providing on-call support and developing strategies that meet community needs are essential aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of Youth Criminal Justice programs
• Provide on-call support for youth violence incidents
• Maintain comprehensive case management protocols
• Develop warm referral pathways for youth support
• Collaborate with community partners for effective resource allocation
Requirements:
• B.S.W. or BA in related youth services
• Two years of relevant experience
• Proficient understanding of the Youth Criminal Justice Act
• Expertise in restorative justice and conflict coaching
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
Support adolescents through advocacy and intervention as a Youth Justice Worker with TNG in Toronto.
