As a member of the team, you will lead harm-reduction programming to empower residents while focusing on eviction prevention and wellness support. This position requires a solid understanding of mental health, substance use, and an inclusive approach to community development. Your advocacy and counseling skills will be crucial for supporting residents in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design harm-reduction initiatives and tenant programs
• Support eviction prevention through effective measures
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services
• Work with community partners for individualized support
• Lead programming that engages community members
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in supportive housing
• Comprehensive knowledge of harm reduction practices
• Proven track record in programming and leadership
• Crisis management and interpersonal communication skills
