Position: Social Worker in Trauma Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trauma-informed assessments and crisis interventions

• Deliver individual and group therapeutic supports

• Facilitate psycho educational workshops on resilience

• Connect clients with community and legal resources

• Collaborate with community organizations for coordinated care

Requirements:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent

• Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers

• 2–3 years of clinical experience in trauma therapy

• Knowledge of antisemitism and trauma-informed practices

• Strong communication and group facilitation skills
