Key Responsibilities:
• Develop support strategies based on trauma dynamics
• Provide daily assistance with essential needs
• Conduct risk assessments and safety plans
• Maintain a supportive shelter atmosphere
• Advocate for clients facing homelessness
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in counselling
• Knowledge of harm reduction practices
• Certification in trauma counselling is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
