Position: Youth Outreach Worker with CMC Experience

This position is ideal for those with high school diplomas and at least one year of relevant experience. You will utilize your knowledge of community services, provide support to targeted youth clientele, and write reports as needed. Personal attributes such as empathy, discretion, and the ability to engage autonomously are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist youth with access to community services

• Write and maintain concise reports on client interactions

• Establish robust interpersonal relationships with clients

• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

• Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Knowledge of community services and client needs

• Fluent in Cree and English;
French is an asset

• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
