Position: Community Resource Navigator Role

In this Service Navigator position, successful candidates will assist clients in addressing their needs through respectful and non-judgmental communication. The role involves managing diverse challenges, collaborating with teams, and providing crisis support. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate empathetically and openly with clients

• Develop solutions using trauma-informed practices

• Advocate for individuals experiencing systemic obstacles

• Maintain detailed tracking of service utilization

• Adapt to evolving client and organizational demands

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in social services

• Strong commitment to equity and inclusion principles

• Proficiency in both French and English

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Capable of leveraging databases for resource navigation
