Support the Mooka’am counselling team, and strengthen the Concurrent Disorders programming through Indigenous perspectives and best practices. You will be a key leader in cultural governance, enabling connections between teams and enhancing service delivery to Indigenous families. This role encompasses supervision, cultural teaching, and operational support to align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate leadership development through shared responsibilities
• Provide direction for addictions and mental wellness support
• Collaborate with management to align services
• Promote cultural integrity and land-based healing practices
• Assist in planning and compliance for program sustainability
Requirements:
• Must have lived experience as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis
• Relevant degree with significant supervisory experience
• Deep respect for cultural protocols and community engagement
• Proficient in conflict resolution and communication
• Willingness to travel for related program needs
