Managing cases for about 200 clients using CRM, you will support individuals facing complex barriers. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized action plans for job seekers
• Deliver job readiness workshops and one-on-one coaching
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software
• Facilitate employer events and networking opportunities
• Conduct follow-ups to assess client progress
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Career Counseling or relevant field
• 3+ years of case management experience
• Familiarity with community resources and government programs
• Strong skills in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Adherence to confidentiality and professional standards
