Position: Full-Time Thrive Case Manager
Become a Thrive Case Manager with Covenant House in Toronto, providing vital case management services to newcomer youth. This full-time role focuses on culturally competent support and collaboration with diverse populations.

As a Thrive Case Manager in the Newcomer Program, you will engage actively with youth facing unique challenges. Your responsibilities will include assessing needs, developing tailored case plans, and advocating for youth navigating complex immigration systems. This role demands a high level of empathy, understanding of settlement services, and collaborative planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing case management engagement for assigned youth

• Collaborate with youth to assess needs and develop case plans

• Assess risks and develop safety plans in collaboration with youth

• Mentor team members in implementing individualized case plans

• Maintain accurate and professional case documentation

Requirements:

• BSW or MSW degree with 5 years related experience

• Experience working with newcomer and immigrant youth preferred

• Understanding of immigration systems and legal protections

• Commitment to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approaches

• Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
